After over 22 years of service in the U.S. Army—most recently as Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Army Reserve—our founder led complex, multi-theater operations, developed enterprise-level strategy documents, and advised top military leaders on national security, policy, and transformation efforts impacting over 180,000 personnel. From operational planning and civil affairs to crisis response and long-term reform, this experience shaped our belief that clarity in decision-making isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.
